Few details have been released about what led to a shooting in the 1200 block of Diamond Avenue in South Bend.

The shots rang out shortly before 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 5.

One person was injured and taken to the hospital for treatment.

There was no immediate word about the severity of the victim’s injuries or any possible suspects or arrests.
