Schools in the Mishawaka district are now on Christmas break for two weeks, but the investigation into the threat that forced Mishawka High School students into three days of E-learning continues.

Investigators now say the threat was received by school administrators via e-mail and that it was serious enough to close the high school to in-person learning.

Detectives are still talking to witnesses and working with administrators.
