Stevensville restaurant co-owner charged with criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping

The co-owner of a well-known restaurant in Stevensville is accused of sexually abusing three employees.

Raffaele Santaniello, 50, who co-owns Santaniello’s Restaurant and Pizzeria stands charged with criminal sexual conduct in the third degree, six counts of criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree, and kidnapping.

The charges involve three separate victims who were employed by Santaniello, according to the Berrien County Prosecutor’s Office as reported by 95.3 MNC’s news partners at ABC 57.

Santaniello was arraigned on Monday.

His bond was set at $250,000 with G.P.S tracing.
