Elkhart-based Patrick Industries has bought a high-performance audio company.

Late last month, the company signed an agreement to make the Rockford Corporation part of its portfolio. The acquisition of the Arizona company, best known for the Rockford Fosgate brand, should close within days. Rockford’s revenues in 2021 were approximately $155 million, according to Northwest Indiana Business.

Patrick Industries says will support Rockford with a financial and operational foundation.
