Chicago speeder arrested for cocaine

A Chicago man stopped on the Indiana Toll Road has been arrested on suspicion of dealing cocaine.

A LaPorte County Deputy pulled the driver over, Tuesday afternoon, near the 55 mile marker. He allegedly clocked him driving faster than the posted speed limit.

One thing led to another and the deputy discovered a large quantity of a narcotic, believed to be cocaine.

The driver, identified as 45-year-old Quentin Cooper, was taken to the LaPorte County Jail and held on a $50 thousand-dollar cash bond.
