A Dowagiac man was found guilty of 15 counts of child molestation and child pornography.

Kevin Lee Hanner, 54, was convicted after sexually abusing a teenage boy and possessing child sexually abusive material.

Investigators say Hanner had more than 5,000 images on his computer.

Hanner was also convicted in Berrien County, in 1989 and 1996 for criminal sexual conduct.

He faces up to life in prison, because of his violent felony offender history. He is set to be sentenced on May 20.
