Child seduction charges against Riley High School paraprofessional dropped

Criminal charges against a former Special Education paraprofessional at Riley High School have been dropped.

It was in June of 2021 when Denise Freitag was charged with child seduction after being accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a male student and runaway.

She was alleged to have taken in the student and agave him clothes, marijuana and sex.

The court received a mandatory motion from the state to dismiss the case.
