A Saint Joseph County man was arrested after firing shots after an argument.

It happened last week, on June 28, when police were called on reports of shots fired.

When they arrived, they found William Harvey, who told them he and the victim were in an on-again off-again relationship.

ABC 57 news reports that the two had been drinking when they got into an argument.

That’s when Harvey allegedly got a handgun, firing several shots.

He was charged with criminal recklessness with a firearm.
