An Elkhart man has been charged with murder for his role in the death of a man who was found shot to death in a car in an alley off of South Michigan Street.

It was back in mid-July when police arrived to the 1900 block of South Michigan and found Jon Senour, 55, slumped over behind the wheel having suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

Witnesses told officers they saw Senour pull into the alley and another vehicle pull behind him.

Two men got out, approached Senour’s car, and the driver took aim and fired.

Thanks to eyewitnesses and video surveillance, officers tracked the suspect vehicle to the owner who pointed them to the suspect, Antonio White, 23.

He faces up to 85 years in prison if convicted on all charges. He’s currently locked-up in Elkhart County for an unrelated crime.
