A second teenager has accepted a plea deal in connection to the 2020 shooting death of Vincenzo Trozzy at Central Park in Mishawaka.

It was back in December of 2020 when, according to court documents, Daniel Allen and Tayshawn Malczynski and Daniel Allen tried to rob Vincenzo Trozzy and a second person during a drug deal.

Gunfire was exchanged.

Prosecutors say it was a round from Malczynski’s gun that killed Trozzy.

Trozzy was shot in the head and died and the person he was with was shot in the arm and survived.

Allen and Malczynski were arrested a couple of weeks later.

Allen has pleaded guilty to attempted armed robbery.

He could receive anywhere from 10 to 30 years in prison when he’s sentenced next month.
