Judge in Kegan Kline case issues ‘decorum order’ ahead of pretrial hearings

A judge has issued an order about “public decorum” before this week’s pretrial hearing for Kegan Kline, the man from Kokomo who is facing 30 counts regarding child porn and exploitation.
The pretrial hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday.
The judge says computers and other electronic devices will be allowed in the courtroom even though cameras are prohibited.
Kline is not a suspect in the murders of two young girls in Delphi in 2017, but police think he used a social media account that one of the girls interacted with before the killings.
