Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita is reminding Hoosiers about cyber security.

This month is National Cybersecurity Awareness Month and Rokita says that security breaches involving your personal information, also referred to as data breaches, can create a significant risk of fraud or identity theft if the information is acquired by the wrong person.

Rokita encourages Hoosiers to monitor their credit, place fraud alerts on your credit report, and contact his office if you believe you are a victim of identity theft.
