Berrien County man going to prison, June shooting

A Berrien County man is going to prison after a shooting in June.

And he’ll be in prison for the next 20 years.

23-year-old Ethan Hoge pleaded guilty on Monday to two counts of assault with intent to murder.

This, after Hoge got into an argument with people outside a Speedway gas station.

Leader Publications reports that Hoge left the station, to later return and fire shots.

A gas station employee was the only person hit by a bullet, and was injured.
