Mishawaka man sentenced to 46 months on weapons-related charges

A Mishawaka man has been sentenced in U.S. District Court to 46 months in prison for weapons-related charges.

Frank Willis, 57, pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm.

According to court documents, Willis was found to be in possession of a firearm back in February.

Willis’ criminal history revealed he has four prior felony convictions, and, because of that, is prohibited from possessing firearms.

There’s your common sense gun control….but then again 46 months…SMH.

Enforce the laws that are there against criminals or don’t look for more to limit the rights of law abiding citizens.
