It was around 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 28, when Elkhart County Sheriff’s deputies attempted to serve a felony arrest warrant for Neglect of a Dependent Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury on Mark Rockrohr, 51.

Deputies made contact with Rockrohr at a home in the 29000 block of County Road 2, but they say Rockrohr refused to leave the home for the deputies on scene.

At approximately 6:45 p.m. Rockrohr was taken into custody without further incident.
