The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating 26-year-old Joseph Scott Chaffins, who was last seen around October 26 in the North Webster area.

Chaffins, who is from Pierceton, is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, 140 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.
