Niles Plan Commission recommends changes to marijuana sales

ad

The Niles Plan Commission voted yes last week to change how some marijuana shops do business.

A new type of license is being considered for microbusinesses and reducing the amount of time security footage is stored at establishments that sell marijuana. The recommendation is now on its way to the City Council. The ordinance would also change plant count limits and allow different types of sales for merchants.

The Council will consider the recommendation at their January meeting.
