Niles man already behind bars receives another prison term

A man in prison for sexual conduct was given another prison term.

22-year-old Traiten Leigh Polly of Niles is currently serving 3 years in prison for a sexual conduct conviction for an incident that happened on April 28, 2019.

Now, He has pleaded guilty to criminal sexual conduct with an incapacitated person, involving a 17 year old girl on Nov. 20, 2021. Leader Publications reports that Polly had given alcohol to the girl.

He is sentenced to 16 months to two years in prison and has to register as a sex offender.
