NISPCO South Bend firefighters training

Firefighters in South Bend had a new training.

The NIPSCO natural gas safety training took place on Tuesday, April 4.

WNDU reports that firefighters were taught how to respond to natural gas incidents, with live demonstrations of explosion patterns.

Since 2018, NIPSCO has completed this training at 220 fire departments in their area.
