33-year-old David Marko pleaded guilty to third degree child abuse and resisting and obstructing police after being seen shoving his daughter in August last year and then resisting police when they attempted to stop him.

According to Leader Publications, Marko was sentenced to three years of probation and will be required to pay a $1,128 fine as well as complete the Twin County Probation Program and Family Treatment Court.
