If you’ve found yourself suffering from allergies already, it’s not just you.

The CDC says as many as 60 million people suffer from seasonal allergies each year.

The most common allergy is hay fever, an allergic reaction to pollen from trees, grasses and weeds.

However, with back-and-forth weather earlier this spring, pollen season may have been delayed in the Midwest.

Now that the weather is warming up, you may find yourself coughing, sneezing or rubbing itchy eyes.

Bridge Michigan says over-the-counter nasal sprays and eye drops may help alleviate these common allergy symptoms.
