The collision happened just before 6 p.m. on Monday, May 15.

Police say she started to pass, on the left, just as the other vehicle began to turn.

They say Spicher fled the scene on foot, but was arrested a bit later.

She was taken to the hospital for shoulder pain, the incarcerated for operating while intoxicated, driving while suspended, and leaving the scene of an accident.

The driver of the car that was hit wasn’t hurt.
