A Goshen man was taken to jail after being arrested for domestic battery and invasion of privacy.
Goshen Police were called just after 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24, to an apartment in the 100 block of Prospect, after getting word from a woman that her estranged husband entered her apartment and pushed her against a wall.
The victim also told police there was a no-contact order against 55-year-old David Michael Gilson. He left the apartment before officers got there, but was found and taken to the Elkhart County Jail shortly afterward.
