UPDATE: At 9 a.m. on Monday, the South Bend Police Department reported that Jazziah Clayton was located and is safe.

ORIGINAL STORY: A Statewide Silver Alert has been issued as the South Bend Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a 1-year-old child.

Jazziah Clayton was last seen around 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 4, in the 1400 block of W. Dubail Avenue. She was wearing a pink shirt, dark-colored pants with a unicorn pattern and several ponytails. She also has pierced ears.

Jazziah was last seen in the company of her father, Dontey Clayton, 23. He’s described as black, 6 feet tall, 190 pounds, black hair with brown eyes, and driving a white 2011 Ford Fusion with Indiana license plate TLZ251.
