Two brothers are in jail charged with Medicaid fraud in Marshall County. Daniel Tanner is the owner of Concierge Medicine, which is a nurse practitioner company.
He and his brother David Tanner are each charged with fraud as Daniel Tanner has employed his brother David as a nurse, even though David Tanner’s nursing license has been suspended since 2005.
David is charged with practicing medicine without a license and Daniel is charged with aiding, inducing or causing the practice of medicine without a license.
