Berrien Co. Historical Society seeks to breathe new life into annual fundraiser

The Berrien County Historical Association is planning their annual fundraiser on October 1.

On Thursday, Director Rhiannon Cizon told the County Board of Commissioners that they’re hoping to revitalize the event this year. It will have the theme “Bountiful Berrien: Then and Now” and will involve a famers market of sorts set up on the grounds of the Courthouse Square in Berrien Springs.

The event will feature delicious food and drink focused on the rich history of the area farms.

Tickets will be $50 and available from the Berrien County Historical Association.
