The Pulaski County Prosecutor’s Office is determining if a local pastor should face criminal charges after a video hit the internet.

The footage was taken inside Kingdom Kids Daycare at the Winamac Church of the Nazarene.

The video shows a man trying to get a child to let go of his leg by kneeling on the kid. Police confirmed that the adult in the video is a pastor at the church, but are withholding his name.

ABC 57 News reached out to the church and say that the campus pastor has hired an attorney. The child in the video was not injured.
