Indiana University professor arrested in human trafficking operation

An Indiana University professor is one of 160 people arrested in Ohio in a human trafficking operation.
The takedown, called “Operation Buyer’s Remorse,” took place from happened in late September throughout the Buckeye State.
I-U Professor of Math Ramesh Karki was among those cuffed and hauled off to jail.
He was released on bond.
Others arrested included an EMT, nurses, teachers, former police officers and delivery drivers. The youngest suspect arrested was 17 and the oldest was 84.
