(95.3 MNC)
Autopsy results for three patients who passed away at Praxis of South Bend by Landmark Recovery have been obtained from the St. Joseph County Coroner’s Office.
These findings reveal that not all patient deaths were due to overdoses.
ABC 57 News reports the causes of death include opioid and anticonvulsant toxicity for Seth Jones, chronic alcohol abuse disorder for William Breda, and suicide for a third patient.
All three patients died in a short time span in early July.
The facility is now closed.
