Pedestrian struck by vehicle, police searching for driver

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Cass County and police are on the hunt for the driver.
The collision happened just before 4:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 26, on U.S. 12 near Bell Road in Milton Township.
Deputies arrived at the scene, but the driver and vehicle were nowhere to be found. There was no immediate description of the vehicle given.
The pedestrian was taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Anybody with information is asked to call the Cass County Tip Line at 1-800-462-9382.
