The South Bend Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit is investigating two reported shootings that happened early Monday morning, Dec. 11.

The first shooting occurred around 12 a.m. at Beacon Heights in the 3900 block of Ardmore Trail. One person was shot.

The second shooting was reported roughly ten minutes later in the 1600 block of O’Brien Street. There is one victim in that shooting, as well.

So far, there is no word on either victims’ condition. There’s also no word of any suspects or arrests.
