Goshen Police were dispatched to Danbury Drive late on December 21 on reports of an intoxicated male assaulting two juveniles.

The first victim, a 12-year-old girl, sustained injuries resulting in redness and scrapes to her face and throat, and the second victim, another 12-year-old girl sustained minor injuries resulting in swelling and redness under her eye.

Charges are being filed on 32-year-old Randall Brandon for Domestic Battery on a Child, Strangulation and Battery on a Child less than 14.
