A Goshen man has been arrested on suspicious of domestic battery.

Police were called, late Saturday night, Jan. 6, to a home in the 1100 block of Wilson Avenue to find a 58-year-old woman with strangulation marks around her neck and minor injuries to her face. The woman declined medical attention.

The accused, Chris Geist, 56, was later located and arrested for domestic battery, interference with reporting a crime and strangulation.
