Argument between roommates leads to shooting in Marcellus

A verbal argument between two men led to a shooting in Cass County.

Sheriff’s deputies were called around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 20, to the 200 block of East North Street in Marcellus, according to our reporting partners at ABC 57.

They say a 24-year-old man was shot multiple times by his 23-year-old roommate.

The 24-year-old man was taken to Bronson Hospital for treatment. The extent of his injuries was not released.

The 23-year-old man was placed under arrest.
