A man was shot within just an hour of being released from the Elkhart County Jail.
Back in December, Emiliano Garcia Varrios’ wife got a phone call from the Elkhart County Jail, telling her that 18-year-old William Pritt IV was being released from jail after being arrested on a battery charge against the woman.
Pritt was in a relationship with Garcia Varrios’ 14-year-old daughter, which was not approved by him and his wife.
Shortly after Pritt IV’s release, deputies responded to a call of a shooting where they found Pritt and his father who had both been shot.
Pritt IV told police that Garcia Varrios approached him when he arrived at his house and that he began shooting at him. Pritt IV’s father was shot in the ankle, and Pritt IV was shot in the shoulder and, the Goshen News reports, he was paralyzed from the chest down.
Garcia Varrios was charged with attempted murder and criminal recklessness.

Really? An 18 year old boy and a 14 year old girl? Do u have any clue how close in maturity level they would be? That comment is ignorant, in my opinion. Ppl are so ready to end someone life by sending them to jail over shit they prolly did when they were kids. So crazy.
Your kinda right and kinda wrong they are both kids so no harm no foul if they where in love it would be the same way it was before we were born women are getting married at 14 regularly so it’s just today’s standards have flipped. But at the same time if it was my babay BOOM BOOM BOOM out gos the lights but no shots str8 knuckle sandwiches
Send him to the felon zapper.
