Witnesses said a mom in Richmond hurt kids at school, calling them mean and blaming them for bothering her daughter.
Tiffany Stubbs, 33, is charged with hurting kids under 14.
On Feb. 27, police came to Julia E. Test Intermediate School. Witnesses said Stubbs grabbed some kids by the flagpole, put one girl in a headlock, and threatened them, saying she’d hurt them and their moms.
When a staff member tried to stop her, Stubbs pushed them away. She told police she was angry because her daughter was upset every day after school.
Police told her there are better ways to handle it than hurting kids. Stubbs denied hurting them, even though many saw it happen.
The kids she attacked were 11 and 12 years old. One had red marks on her neck from the attack.
