Gov. Holcomb signs law to ban cellphone use during class time

Your child’s school will soon implement a ban on cellphone use during class time.
Governor Eric Holcomb recently signed this law, which will be enforced starting next school year.
As stated by lawmakers who created the policy, the goal is to enhance student focus and reduce distractions during instructional hours.
Mooresville Schools have already had a similar policy in place for several years.
