Michigan has a plan to encourage students to apply for college aid with FAFSA.

It’s a chance at winning free pizza.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or FAFSA can unlock scholarships, grants, and loan money for students seeking higher education. It’s a requirement for receiving up to $27,500 in state scholarship funds.

Bridge Michigan reports that the Lt. Governor and officials from Michigan’s Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement and Potential announced the “Reach For The Pie” competition.

It gives students a shot at winning free Hungry Howie’s pizza for a year if they fill out the FAFSA.

100 winners will be selected at random and announced in August. Text FAFSA to 844-34-PIZZA if you’re interested.
