Architectural Walking Tours return to “Downtown South Bend First Fridays” with six guided tours starting this Friday night.

The tours start a 6 p.m. during First Fridays, last approximately 90 minutes, covering over 20 historical buildings and more than a half-dozen city blocks in downtown South Bend.

A wide variety of architectural styles will be viewed, with some buildings dating back to pre-Civil War days. Some of the tours include the West Washington Street area.

Tours are $10 per person with reservations requested for each tour.

Hundreds of area residents and visitors have taken the tour since its inception in 2010.
