A man has died following a crash that happened earlier this month.

The crash happened on August 12 at the intersection of CR 17 and CR 40 when Anthony Collier reportedly failed to yield to a woman heading southbound on 17 who was not required to stop.

Collier’s vehicle was struck by the other vehicle, and Collier was airlifted to South Bend Memorial Hospital where reports say he died of his injuries on Thursday.

The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office is still investigating the incident.
