Three people injured during house fire on Imus Drive in Mishawaka

Three people were hospitalized after a house fire on Imus Drive in Mishawaka. It happened just before midnight on Sunday, Oct. 20.

WSBT reports a police officer was also injured while helping with the rescue.

Firefighters found one person outside the home, but it’s unclear how the other two escaped.

The officer sustained a minor hand injury.

The cause of the fire is still unknown.
