The Mishawaka Fieldhouse held its grand opening, marking the start of a multi-year development aimed at building a new sports community in Mishawaka.

However, questions have arisen about the original layout, which included plans for two full-sized turf fields.

Instead, the facility currently features one 70-yard indoor turf field, with the fieldhouse as what’s called the first phase in a five-to-seven-year project.
