A man facing felony charges for his part in a crash resulting in serious bodily injury has pleaded guilty.
Reports say Juan Gallardo pleaded guilty to causing serious bodily injury when operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
The Goshen News says the crash happened at the intersection of Bristol St. and C.R. 7.
Gallardo was taken to the hospital where he allegedly admitted to having multiple drinks before the crash, and reports say he was uncooperative, threatening to kill himself and hospital staff.
A blood test showed a BAC that would have been .279 at the time of the crash as well as THC in his blood.
His sentencing is scheduled for December 12.
