A second person has been charged for the shooting death of a firefighter in Eau Claire earlier this month.

Elizabeth Harper was charged with accessory after the fact and tampering with evidence; Rigoberto Gomez was the first suspect arrested for the shooting.

Reports say two men had been shot in the incident, with one dying from his injuries.
