An 85-year-old woman was hospitalized after a crash in Cass County. It happened just after 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 20, at the intersection of Pokagon Highway and Dailey Road.

Police say a 24-year-old South Bend man failed to yield the right-of-way to a vehicle driven by a 28-year-old Cassopolis man.

The South Bend man’s elderly passenger was taken to St. Joe Medical Center for treatment of her injuries.
