Indiana Democratic Party Chair, Mike Schmuhl, says he will not seek re-election when his term ends on March 15th.

The Indiana Democratic Party noted his role in negotiating union contracts.

Schmuhl says he’s proud of the progress made, except for challenges like gerrymandering and low voter turnout.
