A 42-year-old woman is recovering in the I.C.U. after being shot in LaGrange Township in Cass County.

Deputies were called to Ascension Borgess Lee Hospital just before 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan 5, where the victim reported being shot at a property in the 57000 block of O’Keefe Road. She was later transferred to Ascension Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo for further treatment.

Acting on information about the suspects’ whereabouts, deputies arrested two men, aged 21 and 24, at a property in the 57000 block of M-51 Highway.

Investigators also executed a search warrant at the O’Keefe Road property where the shooting occurred.
