UPDATE: Patrick Dowllar was found safe, on Monday, Jan. 13, in Elkhart, and the Silver Alert has been canceled.

ORIGINAL STORY: A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared as the Elkhart Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Patrick Arthur Dowllar, 61, white, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 150 pounds, brown hair with brown eyes.

Patrick is missing from Elkhart and was last seen on Sunday, Jan. 12.  He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
