A man accused of rape may face up to 16 years.

Elkhart County Deputies received a report in March of 2023 where a victim told them Isaac Duckworth had become aggressive and forced himself on her.

The two were reportedly at a party when Duckworth chugged a bottle of vodka.

Other people at the party reportedly left to get food, and while they were gone, Duckworth reportedly forced himself on the victim despite her protests.

Duckworth denied the allegations and stated that the victim had never objected. His trial is scheduled for May 19.
