A Jacksonville, Arkansas man was hospitalized after a single-vehicle crash in Cass County, authorities said.
According to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded around 5:30 a.m. on February 10 to a crash on Calvin Center Road, south of Calvin Hill Street.
Investigators determined that the driver, 34-year-old Humberto Navaro, was traveling north when he lost control of his vehicle, veered off the road, and struck a tree.
Navaro was transported by ambulance to Elkhart General Hospital for treatment of his injuries. Officials say speed was a contributing factor in the crash.
